Shipping & Alterations

 Where do you ship?

We ship everywhere in the Philippines.

We can also do International Shipping via DHL.

How long does an order take to arrive? 

Production Timeline is roughly around 4-5 Weeks for standard orders, and 1-2 Weeks for Rushed Orders.
Once orders are complete, we do Same Day Deliveries within Metro Manila and Provincial Deliveries take about 3-5 Working Days via LBC.

What do I do if I don’t receive my order?

We track all orders from the moment they leave our shop. If your item doesn’t arrive on time, let us know and we’ll locate it for you. You can always reach us through our FB & IG Pages, Viber and E-Mail too.

Alterations & Replacements

What items are eligible for replacements & alterations?

Items are eligible for replacements only if they arrive with the wrong Order Details.

Adjustments are eligible for all who have received their orders. Minor Adjustments are Free of charge within 3 Months. However, shipping fee will be shouldered by the buyer.

I received an item as a gift? Can I return it?

Since all our pieces are Made-To-Order, items cannot be returned. However, we can make the necessary adjustments possible in order for you to be able to wear them with confidence!
